2.0 Core Features

Our platform includes real-time code suggestions, natural language chat assistance, autonomous agent workflows, and semantic codebase search. Feature availability may vary by subscription tier and is subject to change at our discretion.

2.1 Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, Nexus is provided on an "as available" basis. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice and reserve the right to suspend access during critical security updates.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use Nexus only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for all code, content, and data you create, upload, or generate through our platform.

3.0 Prohibited Activities

You may not use Nexus to develop malware, circumvent security measures, generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, or engage in any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws and regulations.

3.1 Usage Limits

Each subscription plan includes defined usage quotas for API calls, compute resources, and storage. Exceeding these limits may result in throttling, temporary suspension, or additional charges as outlined in your subscription agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Nexus and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nexus Technologies, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.

4.0 Your Content

You retain full ownership of any code, documentation, or other materials you create using Nexus. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the output generated through your use of our AI-assisted tools and features.

4.1 License Grant

By using Nexus, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your input data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.0 Data Collection

We collect information you provide directly, such as account details and preferences, as well as usage data including interaction patterns and performance metrics. All data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.

5.1 Data Security

6.1 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days.
